Project overview
At CommentSold, I was positioned as design lead on a new product called Videeo. The main objective of this project was to bring live selling to a younger generation of retail entrepreneurs and consumers during what seemed to be a shift in shopping habits as e-commerce and social media grew more and more intertwined.
Mobile Audit
In preparation for our project, we carried out a comprehensive research phase that involved conducting two surveys, interviewing 15 users, and creating a full product audit with an emphasis on mobile. Here we were able to communicate and add meaningful updates to the roadmap.
Iteration
Through rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and staying in constant communication with our customers, we were able to make quick and meaningful changes. These changes had a meaningful impact not only for our shop, but also in creating a memorable e-commerce experience for their customers.
Final MVP design
Ultimately we were able to achieve a frictionless experience where e-commerce meets entertainment, without introducing new friction points to the checkout flow.
