If you've ever volunteered, then you know how much of a hassle and nightmare it can be. United Way, being one of the leaders in the charity and volunteering space, has seen this time and time again. Enter United Way's Manage, a platform with one goal: to make creating and managing the many key parts of an event simple.
Quantitative research
This project relied heavily on executive stakeholders and project managers, considering they were the main people setting up, managing, and hosting the events. These conversations drove the product in a direction that prioritized setting up events and connecting vendors to a specific event.
Outcome
Now United Way in Atlanta can rely on technology to help gather 90% of all information needed prior to running an event.
